In this role, you will be responsible for helping guests plan their spa day, answering questions, & booking guests for spa services. As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences.

Requirements

Exposure to hospitality/salon/spa customer service environment for a minimum of two years is preferred
A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others. 
Must be detail-oriented, have the ability to multi-task, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Greeting guests, answering phones, assisting with questions regarding spa services and products, booking all appointments, checking the guest into the computer system upon arrival and charging for services performed.
Properly open and close spa each day according to standard operating procedures.
Accurately book, change, and cancel spa appointments in a friendly, courteous and efficient manner.
Assist with providing detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, facility features and hours of operation.
Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available and up-sell products and services when appropriate.
