About The Position

Under direction the Hospital Manager, the Wellness Coordinator performs a wide range of administrative activities related to General Practice team. This can include but not limited to providing communication to the GP's regarding their client/patient visits to our hospital, scheduling appointments, answering questions of clients, and requesting records. Primary Objectives: Provide professional and courteous services to insure the highest level of satisfaction is given to our clients. Be the primary contact for the clients by scheduling appointments, receiving medical records and follow up calls. . Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills and positive approach to people / problem solving
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Goal oriented.
  • Ability to plan, organize and effectively present ideas and concepts.
  • Ability to take information obtained from clients, staff, and other sources, discern that which is credible and assess the hospital and its operation objectively.
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks at once, and deal with high levels of stress in an environment of changing priorities.
  • Self-starter and team player.
  • This position is Monday-Friday, 8 hours a day.
