VyFy Wellness Club, a division of MagnaWave, Inc., is seeking a reliable full-time Wellness Technician/Wellness Coach to provide services at Louisville’s premier health and wellness center. Our facility is located in the heart of Old Middletown, near Watterson Trail and Shelbyville Road. Our ideal candidate has a passion for health and wellness and brings a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to engage with guests while helping grow our business. Requirements

Passion for health, wellness, and helping people
Positive, energetic, and outgoing personality
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable recommending services and making sales
Detail-oriented and reliable
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Tech-friendly (Mac and scheduling software experience a plus)

Nice To Haves

Wellness, spa, cryotherapy, or fitness experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Deliver a welcoming and positive experience for members and guests
Guide clients through wellness services including cryotherapy, red light sauna, float tank, PEMF therapy, compression therapy, and other recovery technologies
Give tours of the club and help guests learn about our services and how they can benefit their wellness journey
Build relationships with members and help them get the most out of their VyFy experience
Assist with membership, package, and retail sales
Help create a fun, upbeat, and relaxing atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors
Keep the club clean, organized, and running smoothly
Represent VyFy Wellness Club at local events and in the community
Continue learning about our services so you can confidently share their benefits with guests
Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed
Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned by management
