Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently
- Confident using digital platforms and virtual meeting tools
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Windows-based computer with webcam access
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
- Clearly explain available benefit options and guide clients through the enrollment process
- Maintain accurate digital records and manage timely follow-up communication
- Deliver high-quality customer service and build long-term client relationships
- Participate in regular training sessions and professional development programs
