In this role, you will meet with veterans and their families to help them understand and access supplemental benefit programs tailored to their needs. All client appointments are requested in advance—there is no cold calling or unsolicited outreach. Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Windows-based laptop or PC with a functioning webcam

Nice To Haves

  • Strong virtual communication skills and ability to build rapport
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
  • Familiarity with or passion for serving the veteran community
  • Proficiency with Zoom, CRM systems, and digital documentation platforms

Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual consultations with veterans and their families via Zoom
  • Evaluate client needs and present personalized benefit recommendations
  • Clearly explain available options and enrollment procedures
  • Maintain accurate digital documentation and ensure compliance standards
  • Provide ongoing client support, including follow-up and policy assistance
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs
