Requirements
- Confident communicator comfortable in virtual environments
- Self-motivated and effective working independently
- Detail-oriented with proficiency in digital tools (Zoom, CRM systems, cloud-based platforms)
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Equipped with a Windows-based laptop or PC and reliable high-speed internet
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual benefit consultations with individuals and families
- Assess client needs and present tailored life, accident, and supplemental benefit options
- Guide clients through the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism
- Maintain accurate, compliant digital documentation
- Participate in weekly training sessions, team meetings, and performance coaching
- Collaborate with team members to share strategies and achieve goals
