About The Position

SAS has an opening for a Wholesale Sales Assistant. Coordinate with the revenue operations team to process wholesale orders, update product catalogs, and ensure timely fulfillment and delivery. Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, assist with sales pitches, and help maintain relationships with retail partners. Assist the head of wholesale with coordination or and tracking of all retail partner visits. Coordinate proposal and award activities for the government contracts. Maintain all contract date including pricing, contract terms and documentation. Assist with preparing sales materials (samples, presentations), manage sales documentation, enter orders into company systems, and handle administrative tasks related to sales. Manage day to day sales lead information for the sales team and follow up with the sales team to ensure the sales pipeline is being maximized. Monitor competitor activities, research market trends, and potentially analyze sales figures to identify opportunities and inform merchandise requirements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales management.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, build relationships, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Strong ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain organized records.
  • Ability to analyze sales reports, identify patterns, and offer solutions or recommendations.
  • Familiarity with federal government contracts, Microsoft Office literacy, and data analyses techniques.
  • Ability to quickly gain a good understanding of the company’s products and industry practices.
