To package products efficiently and safely, maximizing productivity while ensuring high-quality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED is preferred
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus
• 1-year production line experience
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Must be able to work rotation shift work
• Must be able to work as part of a team
• Must be able to pack two lines and maintain quality
• Must be able to complete end of shift paperwork
• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.

Responsibilities

• Complies with all written and verbal safety rules of the plant
• 5S program - completed housekeeping assignments
• Package finished good properly for shipment to customer
• Responsible for quality in assigned area including proper QC procedures
• Complete production paperwork on assigned lines
• Must have regular, reliable attendance and willing to work outside the regular schedule as required.
• Willing to handle job stress and interact with others in the workplace.
