About The Position

Nosco is looking for a Window Operator at our Bridgeview, IL facility. As an employee owner in this position, you will efficiently produce a quality folding carton that requires windowing whether printed or unprinted. In this role, you will… Sets up and operates a window machine per SOPs, work instructions, and control riders. Actively monitors production efficiency and quality. Completes all documentation and reporting accurately. Troubleshoots machine problems as it pertains to equipment and set up. Performs testing as required and understands what corrective actions could be necessary to achieve passing results. Assists in minimizing the scope of remakes (identifying problems in a timely fashion through attributing and effectively communicating with customer fulfillment technicians). Performs clean-up/maintenance tasks in accordance with company SOP. Ability to perform and sustain a high rate of productivity. Meets expectations for set up time and run speeds as established by the department leads. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. Requirements

  • Preferably +2 years of carton folder/gluer experience or other technical skills operating machinery.
  • Experience with basic Quality systems and documentation.
  • Flexibility to work any shift and Overtime. Work in a fast pace environment with ability to deal with change.
