About The Position

Window Washer All applicants MUST PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK as part of the screening process. MUST NOT BE AFRAID OF HEIGHTS PBS division: Janus Building Services is seeking dependable applicants for window washers for local retail and commercial businesses. Applicants Must Pass a Background Check, have reliable transportation, and MUST HAVE a Valid Driver's License with a Clean Driving Record & Pass DOT Exam. Duties and responsibilities include Window Cleaning for commercial and retail businesses. Applicants must be able to work from ladders as well as standing, climbing, and bending multiple times daily and can handle Heights as High as 80ft in the Air. Applicants must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Applicants need to be able to communicate with customers professionally and must be able to work outdoors in Midwest climates. Early morning start time at 5:00 AM. Positions are available in the Quad Cities area. Applicants must be dependable, honest, and trustworthy. Attendance is extremely important. The employer will do a background check, DOT Medical Exam, E-Verify. EOE Window Washer Starting hourly wage: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour with experience.
