Requirements

3+ years of professional experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or demonstrated equivalent technical expertise through 3+ years of professional experience
Proven experience with Power Automate for task automation and workflow optimization
Hands-on expertise with query or programming languages (Power Query, DAX, etc.)
Proficiency with MS Office and Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Dataverse, Office 365, SharePoint)
Knowledge of cloud-based reporting solutions and their applications
Report writing experience with proven ability to communicate findings and recommendations
Strong self-motivation and demonstrated ability to work autonomously on complex projects

Nice To Haves

Background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
Certifications in data analytics, data science, or data management (AWS, Microsoft, etc.)
Knowledge of Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence applications
Familiarity with natural gas operations or energy sector business processes
Experience with advanced analytics, statistical modeling, or predictive analytics

Automate manual processes using Power Automate to improve operational efficiency and free up team capacity
Exercise sound judgment in interpreting data, quickly identifying anomalies and deviations that signal potential issues or opportunities
Develop technological solutions that support the data needs of analysts throughout the organization
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Partner with internal customers to understand their reporting requirements and translate those needs into effective visualization tools
Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring data stories drive action
Build and maintain positive working relationships across departments to support organizational goals
Gather requirements efficiently through active listening and observation, translating knowledge into appropriate action
