Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Enterprise HR Systems, the HRIS Functional Analyst Serves as a functional expert for the HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance and General Ledger processes for the Enterprise Human Resources Information System (HRIS), and ViewPoint systems. This position will work with the HRIS technical team, HR Business Partners and Shared Services team to support and maintain these systems. The position will define and document requirements, assist with design, update configuration, complete testing, review for new functionality regularly and audit for data accuracy. The position will collaborate with end users and technical resources to resolve business and system issues; while ensuring data integrity and system performance. This is a remote position with some travel to Indianapolis
