Prepares, develops, and conducts courses, workshops, and presentations on various workforce development topics and/or technology-related topics. Researches and prepares course materials. Provides guidance and assistance to staff. Assists in the development and implementation of plans, programs, and strategies for systemwide employee training and development. Assists with management of the Employee Development Center. Coordinates the orderly flow of reservations and building use. Implements building procedures and policies. Performs other duties as assigned.
