Ready to roll up your sleeves and help transform local marketing forever? At Olly Olly, we’re blending technology and real-world expertise to empower businesses across the U.S. like never before. We believe small businesses are the backbone of our economy. That’s why we’re on a mission to provide them with tools, strategies, and insights that help them rank higher, generate high-quality leads, get calls and reviews, and, above all, grow sustainably, without the hassle. The Olly Olly platform complements our hands-on service perfectly: it’s no-nonsense, easy-to-use software that helps local businesses streamline operations and contact management, drive leads, stabilize cash flow and maximize revenue with minimal effort, so they can reclaim their time to focus on what they do best. We aim to be the ultimate all-in-one platform for small-business growth — where automation, AI, and human expertise work together to deliver consistent, measurable results. We started as an agency and have helped thousands of clients succeed. Today, we’re in a pivotal transition to a SaaS-first company, building scalable systems that support high-volume execution without sacrificing quality. The Workplace & IT Operations Specialist is a senior, hands-on Individual Contributor responsible for owning and continuously improving workplace operations and end-user IT at Olly Olly as a mighty team of one. This role ensures offices run smoothly, employees are fully set up on Day 1, devices are tracked and recovered, and PeopleOps and leadership are no longer pulled into operational or IT-related fire drills. This is a doer + owner role , not a support-only or ticket-based IT position. While the role does not require engineering-level IT expertise, it does require strong technical aptitude , independent judgment, and full ownership across end-user systems, device lifecycle management, and workplace infrastructure in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving systems. As Olly Olly scales, workplace operations and end-user IT can no longer be fragmented across PeopleOps, leadership, or ad hoc ownership. This role establishes single-threaded, U.S.-based ownership for workplace operations and end-user IT, reducing operational risk, burnout, and escalation churn. This role is intentionally designed as a Senior Individual Contributor with end-to-end ownership of workplace and end-user IT systems.. not a junior IT, helpdesk-only, or facilities admin role.
