Join the team as a Yardi CRM Manager. The Yardi CRM Manager is a strategic revenue-focused position responsible for the administration, configuration, optimization, and continuous improvement of the Yardi CRM platform and integrated systems. This role is instrumental in driving leasing efficiency, improving prospect-to-resident conversion rates, enabling data-driven decision-making, and ensuring seamless onboarding of new hires through comprehensive Yardi CRM training across all Reybold's premium properties. As a subject-matter expert and primary liaison between operations, leasing, marketing, and IT, the Yardi CRM Manager ensures the system effectively supports the complete prospect journey—from initial lead capture through lease execution and resident transition. This position directly impacts revenue growth, operational efficiency, and Reybold's commitment to delivering a human-centered leasing experience across all communities.

  • 5+ years of experience with Yardi CRM
  • Experience with real estate leasing operations and understanding of prospect-to-resident workflows
  • Proficiency with CRM analytics, reporting tools, and business intelligence
  • Experience leveraging Yardi CRM marketing features—managing campaigns, email automation, lead nurturing workflows, and integration with marketing tools to drive occupancy
  • Experience managing system integrations and working with third-party vendors
  • Yardi certification or completed advanced Yardi CRM training
  • Experience training diverse user groups and driving system adoption

Responsibilities

  • Yardi CRM Administration & Configuration Lead the administration, setup, configuration, and ongoing optimization of the Yardi CRM platform and integrated programs (ChatIQ, Screening, Income Verification, Site Manager)
  • Configure and refine prospect pipelines, workflows, automation rules, tasks, alerts, and follow-up sequences to support efficient leasing workflows
  • Manage lead sources, routing rules, and system integrations with company websites, ILS platforms, and third-party marketing tools
  • Maintain CRM queue management to ensure timely, responsive customer service and lead follow-up across all properties
  • Manage rental unit inventory, property configurations, pricing, and promotions within the CRM system
  • Business Intelligence & Analytics Monitor and analyze CRM data to identify key performance metrics: lead conversion rates, leasing cycle time, lead source attribution, pricing optimization, and renewal rates
  • Develop and maintain standard and custom CRM reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights into prospect and resident behavior
  • Partner with leasing management and marketing to analyze trends and provide data-driven recommendations for improving conversion, pricing strategies, and targeted marketing initiatives
  • Track and report marketing ROI by lead source, identifying which channels drive the highest-quality, conversion-ready prospect
  • Prospect Journey Optimization & Process Automation Design and optimize the end-to-end prospect journey within the CRM—from initial inquiry, through nurturing sequences, application processing, lease execution, and resident transition
  • Identify manual or redundant leasing tasks and recommend automation opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce response times
  • Implement and manage automated workflows: application routing, income verification triggers, renewal reminders, resident communication sequences, and lease follow-up protocols
  • Evaluate existing CRM workflows and recommend continuous improvements to increase adoption, efficiency, and consistency across all properties
  • Ensure all CRM processes align with company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and Reybold's commitment to meticulous service and human-centered customer experience
  • Resident Engagement & Retention Track and monitor resident satisfaction, engagement, and renewal rates through CRM data analysis
  • Configure and manage resident communication workflows, including renewal notices, community updates, service request processing, and satisfaction surveys
  • Provide insights to operations and management on resident communication trends and opportunities to improve retention
