Join our sales team focused on driving ticket revenue for the Oklahoma City Thunder and Oklahoma City Blue! As an Account Executive, you will sell across all ticketing options, including group sales, full and partial season packages, and premium seating. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on relationship-building, communication, and delivering excellent service. You will proudly represent the organization as an ambassador of the Thunder brand and champion of basketball, helping create an unforgettable atmosphere at Thunder and Blue home games. In this role you will: Represent the department at all Thunder home games by networking with prospective clients, fulfilling group obligations, answering questions at the sales booth, and providing excellent service to current clients Prospect, promote, and sell ticket packages to increase home game attendance Build connections in the community to create new business opportunities; attend team events to broaden connections with current and potential clients Generate new business through cold calling, off-site appointments, networking, participation in community, and team events Sell concert and event inventory upon request Develop relationships that encourage repeat business and excellent service Meet pre-determined sales and activity goals; accurately document sales calls, appointments, and transactions using CRM software Manage pre-assigned portfolio of accounts that may include partial season ticket plans, group events, and premium hospitality rentals Attend daily morning sales meeting to collaborate and share ideas Perform other duties as assigned
