We're looking for a Logistics Customer Service Represenatie who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in delivering a flawless experience for clients. If you love coordinating moving pieces, building relationships, and keeping projects on track from start to finish, this role puts you right at the center of the action. Every day is different. One moment you're negotiating with carriers, the next you're coordinating inventory across warehouses or solving a last-minute shipping challenge. If you're someone who enjoys thinking on your feet and making things happen, you'll thrive here. You'll be responsible for coordinating shipments from start to finish while ensuring every detail is handled correctly.

Requirements

  • Motivated to take ownership of their work
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in an office or customer service environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to obtain TSA certification
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating domestic and international shipments with carriers and agents
  • Scheduling pickups and deliveries while ensuring deadlines are met
  • Managing inventory across multiple warehouse locations
  • Building strong relationships with clients and shipping partners
  • Negotiating shipping rates within company guidelines
  • Tracking shipments and proactively resolving delays or issues
  • Ensuring shipping documentation and instructions are accurate
  • Managing costs within client transactions
  • Procuring inventory needed to fulfill customer orders
  • Communicating updates and solving logistical challenges in real time
  • Following each shipment through completion to ensure customer satisfaction
