Requirements

Microsoft Excel formula and spreadsheet navigation skills; minimum of 1 year of Excel experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Reasoning and problem-solving ability
Good attendance record
Diligence, accuracy, and neatness are essential
High School Education
General office skills
Good work ethic and ability to work well with others
Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

Invoice packet accounting functions
Employee order accounting functions
Packaging usage accounting functions
Data entry and compilation of data from multiple sources into Excel spreadsheets
Ensure prompt and accurate data entry
Compile data for daily sales analysis
Process daily inventory receiving
Assist with month end processing
Other duties as assigned
