About The Position

Accounting Associate ERHCo, Inc. 16111 SE 106th Ave. Suite 400 Clackamas, OR 97015 ERHCo, Inc. is an Oregon-based, family-owned business that's operated retail footwear stores in the Pacific NW since 1978. This position offers hands-on exposure across AP, AR and reconciliations - ideal for someone who enjoys working independently while contributing to a collaborative team. This is a full-time hourly position, working in person 30 to 40 hours per week, at our headquarters in Clackamas Oregon.

Requirements

• Are confident in Excel and comfortable working in a digital environment
• Have experience with Quickbooks or similar accounting software
• Are highly organized and detail oriented
• Enjoy identifying issues and improving processes
• Communicate clearly and professionally
• Are motivated to grow your accounting skillset in a stable, customer-focused company

Responsibilities

• Import and process vendor invoices using automated tools
• Post daily deposits and reconcile banking activity with sales data
• Manage wholesale accounts receivable, including invoicing and credits, payment posting
• Support accurate sales tax reporting
• Assist with weekly accounts payables processing
