What You’ll Do As Accounting Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in performing responsible and advanced work in the maintenance of complex accounting records and reports. Day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for: Prepares and processes invoices for various college departments and services by gathering necessary documentation, entering data into ERP software, and ensuring that all charges are accurate and aligned with contractual agreements, supporting documentation or requests. Reviews invoices for discrepancies, reconcile daily payments received against outstanding invoices, and collaborates with requestors to resolve any issues to maintain clear and organized financial records. Assists with development of periodic financial reports and maintaining updated desktop procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking a candidate who brings not only technical expertise but also a passion for education and student success. Our ideal candidate will have: A high school diploma or equivalency and three (3) years of bookkeeping or clerical accounting experience; or a combination of education and/or experience. Bonus points if you have: The ability to work 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M., Monday – Friday; some evenings may apply. Requirements
