Requirements

  • Accounts payable experience.
  • Proficiency in accounting and customer service.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with SAP or ERP systems.
  • Professional demeanor with reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

  • Process a high volume of invoices with accuracy.
  • Perform three-way-match reconciliation of purchase orders to goods receipts to invoices.
  • Understand and apply tax plans appropriately to the processing of vendor invoices for multiple project locations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, promoting a sense of urgency toward business-critical issues.
  • Follow established processes, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement, collaborating with internal and external partners to increase efficiencies.
  • Maintain reliable and consistent attendance.
