About The Position

The Accounts Payable Coordinator provides administrative support to the Accounts Payable team through records management, electronic and physical mail distribution and, as well as additional ad hoc projects as needed.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum two years office experience, preferably in a medical office setting.

Responsibilities

  • Files a variety of paperwork, forms, and documents daily in proper order as per department guidelines.
  • Photocopies records when requested with proper approval.
  • Opens, sorts, and distributes incoming mail.
  • Routes all incoming electronic mail to the appropriate company.
  • Processes mailings of checks and other correspondence.
  • Maintains a departmental spreadsheet for monthly recurring charges.
  • Performs clerical duties including answering phones, making copies and filing.
  • Covers for other administrative functions as requested.
