We’re looking for a motivated, detail‑oriented Accounts Payable Manager to support essential financial operations and lead a high‑performing AP team. Who We Are Our Accounts Payable team is dedicated to delivering accurate, timely, and compliant payments while being responsible stewards of company resources. We partner closely with internal teams and external suppliers, maintain strong financial controls, and continuously improve our processes. The Accounts Payable Manager plays a key leadership role by overseeing daily operations, supplier management, issue resolution, and system support. In this role, you will ensure invoices are processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with company policies while leading the daily operations of the Accounts Payable team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of progressive experience in Finance or Accounting
  • Experience leading, training, or coaching team members
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to balance service excellence with responsible financial stewardship

Responsibilities

  • managing workload distribution
  • coaching and developing team members
  • overseeing supplier onboarding, maintenance, and data integrity
  • resolving complex invoice, payment, and system issues
  • collaborating with internal departments and external vendors to prevent recurring problems
  • identifying opportunities to improve processes, strengthen internal controls, and enhance overall efficiency
  • supporting new AP system users through onboarding and ongoing guidance
  • assisting with month‑end close and audit activities by ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with internal controls
