Requirements

Bachelors degree highly preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot tables and V Look-Ups.
1+ years of accounts payable experience.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-volume environment.
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new functionalities.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with a high volume of invoicing workflow.
Large company experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of accounts payable invoices with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring proper data capture and timely resolution of any invoice discrepancies.
Gather invoices from internal departments and enter them into the financial system for review, approval, and posting.
Prepare and maintain accounts payable reports for internal management use.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail, reliability, and organizational skills.
Work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment, with a focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from internal teams and external vendors.
Utilize computer systems proficiently and adapt quickly when learning new financial or software tools.
Communicate clearly and work cooperatively with colleagues across various communication channels.
Produce ad hoc reports or analysis for leadership as requested.
