We are seeking a Acquisition Support Specialist as part of a bid process associated with a Statement of Work in support of TSA-ESVP. Candidates are encouraged to submit their information and resumes highlighting their relevant experience. Position Description Assist with developing Statements of Work (SOW), Statements of Objectives (SOO), Performance Work Statements (PWS), and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans (QASP). Support development of acquisition documentation such as Acquisition Plans, Baselines, risk matrices, and market research materials. Track and report on contract actions such as awards, modifications, options, and administrative changes. Maintain acquisition documentation and provide data for contract reporting requirements. Applies contracting laws, regulations, principles, and procedures to assist in the planning and completion of contracting and procurement activities. Review Purchase Requisition Packages provided by the program office (Acquisition Plans, Statement of Works/Requirement Statements, Independent Government Cost estimates, Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition, etc. as required by DHS, TSA and C&P); Prepare and issue solicitation documents. Prepare award and modification documentation. Assist the program office in contract administration as needed. Utilize contract writing system (Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), filing system (iShare), Acquisition Planning Forecast System (APFS), Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS), and System for Award Management (SAM).
