About The Position

In this opportunity as an administrative coordinator, you will be responsible for: Carrying out advanced administrative duties to meet departmental or multi-departmental needs. Organizing workload to comply with deadlines and priorities. Providing administrative services and coordination for departmental projects and learning their internal systems. Working with suppliers, originating reports/documents/presentations, composing Correspondence/department communications, updating manuals, maintaining logs, and maintaining and updating department files. Analyzing, collecting, and compiling data and some proofreading. Liaising with other departments, specifically Accounts in relation to producing and checking invoices, banking, and Purchase Orders. Some secretarial duties, including managing calendars, travel, expenses, and mail. May use various computer databases and applications. Mostly working independently, performs complex administrative duties related to the department function. Scope of the role may be global as you may interact with global staff. The role requires knowledge of departmental and company policy and procedure, dealing with sensitive and confidential information, and financial reporting support and understanding.

Requirements

  • Use of Microsoft Applications
  • Working Knowledge: Presentation packages, Reception Skills
  • Fully Competent: Computer Literacy, Telephone Proficiency, Data Input, Business Writing
  • Expert: General Office Procedures, Compliance, Problem Solving
  • High School Diploma required.
