Requirements

  • Self-motivated, team player, detail oriented, and well organized
  • Proficiency of Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel required

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of dental industry, dental equipment is plus
  • Bilingual (Korean & English) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Schedule dental chair delivery and installation
  • Collect accurate data to make delivery orders
  • Communicate with sales for dental chair repair requests to schedule repair services
  • Process dental equipment repair requests and manage invoices
  • Manage 3rd party for work orders of chair installation and repair services
  • Manage 3rd party repair service reports and invoices
  • Manage Service part order and shipment
  • Filing and organizing records, invoices and other important documentation
  • Manage repair parts inventory
