About The Position

Dry Force Corp is seeking a highly organized Administrative Support Specialist to provide administrative and clerical support to the Commercial Operations team while assisting with coordination and documentation related to Reconstruction Warranty work in the Southern Cities region. This role focuses on documentation management, file organization, administrative coordination, and project tracking to ensure commercial projects and warranty work are properly documented, organized, and prepared for operational review and billing. The Administrative Support Specialist plays an important role in reducing administrative bottlenecks and supporting operational efficiency across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain digital files and documentation for commercial projects
  • Assist with project tracking and status updates
  • Support internal documentation systems and job tracking
  • Help keep project files organized and accessible
  • Gather reports, photos, invoices, and job documentation
  • Ensure project documentation is complete before billing
  • Maintain organized digital job folders
  • Verify documentation accuracy and completeness
  • Track reconstruction warranty claims and related documentation
  • Maintain records of warranty requests and job status
  • Assist with coordination between reconstruction teams and administration
  • Communicate with marketing representatives regarding warranty work
  • Assist with communication between departments including: Dispatch Field Operations Reconstruction Operations Billing
  • Help ensure job information flows smoothly between teams
  • Organize documentation required for billing
  • Identify missing items prior to billing submission
  • Assist with documentation collection during high-volume periods
