We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support internal office operations, talent efforts, and administrative support to our two Co-Founders. This role plays a key part in in shaping the internal experience of our team — ensuring our offices feel welcoming, events are executed smoothly, and day-to-day operations support our culture of collaboration and excellence. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, takes ownership of projects and logistics, and ensures that day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Run the San Francisco office—oversee daily operations, vendor relationships, supply management, and office culture to ensure a smooth and inspiring workspace.
  • Own SF office relocation logistics—project planning, vendor communication, and move execution support.
  • Provide personal administrative support to Co-Founders—calendar management, personal appointments and travel booking.
  • Support EPD Talent team efforts—coordinate on-site recruiting activities, including game nights and in-person candidate experiences.
  • Plan and execute San Francisco-based events—support happy hours, game nights, and our annual holiday party from logistics through execution.
