This role will drive the Business Transformation Office initiatives partnering with leaders to understand goals, constraints and pain points of current business processes. Outcomes will include process mapping, facilitating alignment to move ideas into execution, progress tracking, and more in this dynamic environment. You’ll flex between analysis, coordination, facilitation, and execution, depending on what the work requires. It’s a role for someone who loves solving undefined problems and helping teams organize complexity into actionable steps. The Advancement Project Manager & Systems Analyst supports the advancement goals and objectives of Indiana University (IU), the Indiana Alumni Association (IUAA), and the Indiana University Foundation (IUF). This role focuses on understanding problems that are not fully defined, clarifying priorities, mapping processes, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities that may involve projects and/or automation. Success in this role depends on strong relationships, sound judgment, adaptability, and the ability to move work forward in ambiguous and evolving environments.
