Requirements

• Enjoy working with elementary-aged kids
• Bring a positive attitude and dependable work ethic
• Are patient, encouraging, and energetic
• Like being part of a supportive team
• Are 18 or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Can work weekday afternoons

Responsibilities

• Lead games, crafts, sports, and enrichment activities
• Support students with homework and learning time
• Help create a safe, organized, and upbeat environment
• Encourage kindness, teamwork, and positive behavior
• Build relationships with children, families, and teammates
