About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic Software Engineer - AI to join our team and contribute to the development of intelligent talent technology. This is a hands-on opportunity for those early in their career to gain experience with AI and machine learning in a real-world, enterprise SaaS environment. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and learn how large language models, recommender systems, and other AI solutions enhance the workplace.

Requirements

• Bachelors in Computer Science or a related field.
• 1 - 3 years of hands-on experience in machine learning concepts and Java/Python programming.
• Interest in LLMs, Generative AI, or recommendation systems.
• Eagerness to learn and collaborate in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and testing of advanced AI-driven features within Cornerstone’s Workforce Agility products including AI-Native products using Generative AI, Agentic Frameworks
• Work closely with senior team members on projects involving natural language processing (NLP), recommendation systems, or generative AI.
• Help collect, clean, and prepare datasets for machine learning model training and evaluation.
• Experiment with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face under supervision.
• Write clean, well-documented code using Python and related libraries with guidance.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to team discussions and demos.
• Stay curious and open to researching new AI tools and practices.
