About The Position

We’re looking for a curious, motivated Senior Software Engineer AI to join our team and help build the next generation of intelligent talent technology. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how AI and machine learning are developed and deployed in a real-world, enterprise SaaS environment. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers to explore how large language models, recommender systems, and other AI tools can make work more personal and efficient.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Master Degree in Computer Science , or a related field.
• 3 - 5 Years of hands on experience in machine learning concepts and Java or Python programming.
• Eagerness to build and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Deep knowledge and understanding of AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn) is a plus.
• Experience in LLMs, Generative AI, or recommendation systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, and testing of advanced AI-driven features within Cornerstone’s Workforce Agility products including AI-Native products using Generative AI, Agentic Frameworks
• Collaborate with senior engineers on small projects involving natural language processing (NLP), recommendation systems, or generative AI.
• Help collect, clean, and prepare datasets for model training and evaluation.
• Experiment with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
• Assist in writing clean, well-documented code using Python and related libraries.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to team discussions and demos.
• Stay curious—research new AI tools, libraries, or ideas that could enhance our platform.
