Area Warranty Manager
About The Position
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Southern Region Warranty Team. A team that will support you, challenge you, invest in your growth, and care about your success. We're looking for a highly motivated, customer focused individual to join our Team. You'll be responsible for: Meet w ith new homebuyers to conduct New Home Orientations, explaining home features and operations. Communicate with homeowners to schedule and follow up on warranty service work. Oversee day-to-day activities of Warranty Technicians and ensure contractor performance. Authorize payments after verifying 100% completion and customer satisfaction. Identify and report recurring warranty issues to help improve future construction quality.
Requirements
- High level of verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
