About The Position

Forest River, Inc., the Nation’s largest manufacturer of Recreational Vehicles, Cargo Trailers, Transit Buses and Boats has an immediate opening for a Warranty Representative. Responsibilities Managing all aspects of Service, Parts, and Warranty for the division Responding quickly to inquiries from dealers and retail customers via phone/email Approving warranty authorizations, technical advice and problem solving for dealers in the field Record retention and report directly to the General Manager Qualifications Attention to detail and accuracy Excellent computer skills, able to work in Microsoft Office programs efficiently Must have good written and verbal communication skills RV and electrical knowledge is a must A desire to provide extraordinary customer service to the dealer/customer network Able to work within a group and transition between responsibilities given Forest River offers a stable work environment that is fast paced. Requirements

Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent computer skills, able to work in Microsoft Office programs efficiently
