Essential Functions (Key Responsibilities): Financial Management: Manage the Center’s financial operations including budgeting, purchasing, vendor management, updating technology platforms subscriptions and maintenance, event registration payments, and ensuring compliance with The University’s fiscal practices. Data Management, Analysis, & Reporting: Collect, enter, and maintain high-accuracy records of all CCDPE data ensuring completeness and accuracy. Analyze all institutional data to identify trends and present findings to inform strategic decisions. Prepare reports for institutional and national outcomes as the project manager of the NACE First Destination Survey (FDS) program, including: Overseeing marketing and tracking, including incentives, campus outreach, and text/email campaigns. Implementing strategies to identify and locate non-respondents through social media and other outlets. Working closely with institutional data/registrar for data comparison and cleaning. Publishing all associated institutional, NACE, internal advisory board, and other stakeholder reports. Leadership & Supervision: Serve as a direct supervisor to assigned student employees, fostering professional development, accountability, and collaboration. Participate as a member of the Center’s Career Leadership team with the Director and other Assistant Directors, contributing to strategic discussions, problem-solving, and decision-making. Assist Director in hiring and administrative responsibilities related to onboarding and training personnel. Event Analytics & Programming: Assist in managing logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution for all events (Career Fairs, workshops, networking events, etc). Lead event registration and manage employer communications, payments, and customer service related to employer engagement. Employer Relations & Development : Develop meaningful connections with employer partners to cultivate sponsorship opportunities for the Center and increase employer engagement related to student job placement, internships, and other experiential learning opportunities. Administrative Systems Management: Coordinate technology needs for the Center and liaise with campus and divisional IT to ensure operational efficiency. Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance communication. Serve as the project manager for CCDPE technology platforms (12twenty, WriteSea, Qualtrics), including: Managing data imports, survey data, and system maintenance Approving jobs, employers, events, and student accounts Servicing alumni accounts Archiving withdrawn/dismissed student accounts Facilitating staff training related to these programs Required Qualifications: Knowledge/Skill/Ability Equivalent Education/Experience Strong analytical ability to interpret and use complex data, logical and data-driven work style. Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology and business practices and to communicate relevant information in an effective, accurate and professional manner. Proficient with Microsoft Suite. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. High attention to detail, demonstrated practice of establishing effective priorities and meeting deadlines. Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution required Must have 2 years of experience working in higher education; 5 years of experience preferred Previous experience working in a student services or career office preferred. Previous experience working with faculty and staff across multiple colleges and disciplines preferred. Fluency in 12twenty, Qualtrics, and other technology platforms used in supporting Career Services. Special Job Dimensions: Requires working with highly sensitive or confidential information.
