About The Position

In this role, you’ll lead multiple complex, high-touch, high-revenue custom content programs (print, digital, video, social and events) for key Finance, Travel, Tech and Auto advertisers. You’ll manage several projects simultaneously while balancing timelines, deliverables, and client expectations, and you’ll confidently navigate obstacles and next steps independently. You’ll guide programs from pre-sale consultation through post-sale activation, partnering closely with Sales, Content Strategy, and Account Strategy to ensure smooth handoffs and strong execution. Acting as the central hub of information, you will drive clarity, alignment, accountability, and media expertise across cross-functional teams—while maintaining rigorous project documentation and delivering high-quality creative output. You’ll build strong client relationships by communicating clearly, managing production needs under tight deadlines, and navigating ambiguity with confidence.

Requirements

  • You have worked in an activation or production role for 7 + years, overseeing multiple elements to implement a program/project with a successful history of project completion.
  • You have superb written and business communication skills.
  • You are a team player with strong interpersonal skills that will engage clients, agency decision makers, team members and internal counterparts.
  • You have a sound knowledge of the custom content production process, event production and superb project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Program Management & Execution: Manage multiple high-touch, custom programs simultaneously, owning end-to-end execution from post-sale transition through final delivery.
  • Oversee the production of integrated content campaigns (print, digital, video, custom ad units, and social) independently, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, budget, and creative standards.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional workflows across Editorial, Creative, Production, and Sales to drive seamless handoffs, optimize resources, and proactively mitigate risks before they impact delivery.
  • Client Service: Serve as the primary day-to-day client lead, building trusted relationships with People Inc. partners from post-sale through campaign completion.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Account Strategy to ensure seamless program activation and alignment with client objectives.
  • Lead client communications, including weekly status calls and milestone reviews, proactively managing expectations, resolving challenges, and identifying opportunities to strengthen partnerships and drive renewals.
  • Post-Campaign Review: Contribute to end-of-campaign debriefs by sharing insights, learnings, and recommendations to continuously enhance future program delivery and team processes.
