About The Position

Associate, ESM Operations Support Center The Enterprise Supplier Management Operations (ESM Ops) team is seeking a highly skilled communicator to educate our customers, Capital One associates and external vendors, on Capital One’s Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process in Coupa. This individual will assist with troubleshooting customer issues with a focus on process improvements to create a more intuitive P2P customer experience. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, have excellent problem solving and communication skills, combined with a passion for servicing customers and resolving complicated issues. Associates must be able to work autonomously and with other COF associates when resolving and researching various issues/requests. Successful associates are self-motivated, possess strong decision making ability, and are comfortable researching and solving problems across multiple areas and systems.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 1 year of experience in Google Suite
  • At least 1 year of procurement experience

Responsibilities

  • Interact across different communication channels and systems to resolve customer issues
  • Identify and research root causes of customer pain points to help develop process improvements
  • Manage customer inquiries, with a focus on providing timely responses
  • Communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively to internal and external customers, as well as intra-team
  • Self prioritize the management of customer inquiries and project work on a daily basis
