About The Position

L3Harris is seeking an Associate Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Orlando, FL. This entry-level role supports manufacturing engineering activities including process development, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. The position involves assisting in the implementation of manufacturing plans, analyzing production processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and compliant operations.

Requirements

• To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in related field or have completed their Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining manufacturing process documentation under guidance.
• Support engineering teams in releasing new products to production.
• Help estimate manufacturing costs and time standards for new or existing products.
• Participate in troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Provide support for tooling and process requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting systems for manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with technicians and inspectors to clarify processes and resolve issues.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
