About The Position

You will be the Manufacturing Supervisor for the Machining Operations Center (MOC). From ultra‑precision machining, paint and plating operations, and precision assembly, to the development and production of complex machined components, the Machining Operations Center does it all. What You Will Be Doing As the Manufacturing Supervisor, you’ll be at the helm of coordinating multiple processes, ensuring smooth production flow, and meeting key performance goals. Prioritize hardware through various production stages and communicate hardware status to leadership. Lead efforts in managing quality, schedule, and cost goals across several work cells. Collaborate with teams to drive process improvements and optimize workflows. Inspire and motivate team members, setting high standards for performance excellence and fostering an environment where everyone can thrive. Requirements

  • Prior leadership/management experience
  • Prior work experience in a manufacturing environment of at least 1 year
  • Prior team leadership experience
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques
  • Microsoft Office suite knowledge, skills, and experience
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen due to facility requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Degree focus in industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering, or other degree major with relevant experience
  • Demonstrated leadership competencies consistent with the tenets of Full Spectrum Leadership
  • Experience with tracking and managing cost, quality, and schedule, in a manufacturing environment
