About The Position

You will be the Manufacturing Supervisor for Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) MEC – Micro‑Electronics Center. We are seeking a dynamic leader for the Supervisor role, responsible for guiding and mentoring a team of union‑represented mechanical, electrical, and optical assemblers. This role focuses on overseeing the soldering, bonding, and testing processes, and is essential to achieving our team’s goals of quality, efficiency, and innovation. Must have strong written and oral communication skills; build effective relationships; and ability to resolve conflict. Must be able to work in a fast‑paced, flexible environment, including overtime periods, as needed. Our manufacturing shifts are first, second and weekend shifts. This is a first‑shift supervisor position. This position is located in Orlando, FL. Discover Orlando MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/combined education
  • Microsoft office suite experience
  • Prior leadership/management experience in a complex manufacturing environment
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Must have strong written and oral communication skills

  • Degree focus in industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering, or other degree major with relevant experience
