THE JOB Live Nation’s Media & Sponsorship division is seeking an Audience Solutions Associate to assist in building audience strategies, highlighting optimizations and collating insights and reporting across Live Nation’s digital sponsorship campaigns. This role serves as a critical bridge between Media Planning, Data Science and Product - owning audience-focused insights, managing reporting and driving performance through proactive optimizations. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO Act as SME for audience-related insights and targeting strategies across digital campaigns for sponsors Support Sales and Planning teams by providing audience intelligence that enhances sales narratives Deliver proactive, data-backed recommendations to help grow client budgets and improve campaign performance Develop audience-driven insights that inform optimizations and renewal strategies Assist with building out Audience Taxonomy driven by research and market demand to show depth & breadth of 1st party database Own billing and revenue reporting for external audience and programmatic partners, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Maintain trackers for audience segment performance Analyze digital campaign performance across channels to identify audience trends and key insights Lead post-campaign reporting conversations, providing actionable insights and strategic next steps WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING 1-2 years of experience in digital advertising, data strategy, or audience planning Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PPT) Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Airtable, and Jira Strong working knowledge of AdTech/MarTech/Programmatic Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large data sets into actionable insights Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, including internal stakeholders and product owners Passion for music, media, and data-led innovation Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa. Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital advertising, data strategy, or audience planning
