About The Position

John Kennedy Subaru in Plymouth Meeting has a great opportunity for an experienced full-time (no weekend hours) Automotive Dealership Title Clerk. This opportunity offers a great working environment, great pay, and full benefits.

All applicants must have prior automotive dealership title clerk experience. You need to be a notary or apply to be one if hired. The position also requires, but is not limited to, basic office duties, such as answering phones, filing, and scanning, if needed.

Requirements

• Automotive dealership title experience.
• The position requires office skills, including personal computer, Microsoft products (Word for Windows, Excel, and Outlook), and the ability to accurately operate other office equipment.
• Notary designation.
• Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Professional Appearance
• Must be organized and detail-oriented
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Good judgment and a positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Process the dealership’s title work with Pennsylvania and with out-of-state titles.
• Process vehicle registrations using ViTu
• Process trade payoffs with banks
• Responsible for sales tax schedule
• Performing other office duties if needed
