About The Position
Neil Huffman Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Title Clerk at our GMC store in Frakfort, KY. This is a full time position. The Title Clerk is responsible for the proper titling of all new and used cars sold. Knowledge of state tax and title requirements for various states is essential. A strong attention to detail is required. Other responsibilities include general office work. Our ideal candidate will have: A minimum of two years title processing experience at a new car dealership, automobile leasing company or state/county tax office. A high level of energy, integrity, and possess the ability to work and communicate effectively with salespeople and co-workers. The ability to multi-task with a variety of state titling requirements. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Maintaining accurate store logs for tag and title tracking
- Maintaining knowledge of DMV laws and regulations as related to vehicle titles.
- Ensure the company's tag and title work complies with all applicable state regulations.
- Prepare and verify necessary paperwork for submission to tax agency.
- Resolve any customer complaints in a friendly, courteous manner.
- Practice and promote teamwork at all times.
