About The Position
Hiring Immediately, Automotive F&I Manager. Great compensation and benefits. We are seeking an Automotive F&I Manager for our client, DeLuca Family of Dealerships. Sales are on the rise and our client needs a proven leader to drive growth. You will be joining a dealership with an energetic sales team, a motivated executive team with resources to help you succeed, and a fantastic community reputation. You will get to work with multiple brands Chevrolet and Cadillac. REQUIREMENTS Previous F&I experience for a franchised dealership required. Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of selling automotive products to clients, working knowledge of the finance process, and show through their work history an ability to generate sales with high customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone who works hard, communicates clearly and is interested in a real career with long term potential, not just a job. BENEFITS Generous compensation based on experience, estimate $100,000 to $120,000 Family owned & run dealership with excellent schedule closed Sundays and major Holidays. Requirements
- Previous F&I experience for a franchised dealership required.
- Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of selling automotive products to clients, working knowledge of the finance process, and show through their work history an ability to generate sales with high customer satisfaction.
- Applicants must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the US.
- Applicants must have a valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Assist Sales Management and Sales Team with client sales.
- Present vehicle protection products to clients.
- Assist clients with completing transactions either in cash or with the securing of finance or lease terms.
- Comply with all State and Federal regulations regarding privacy and transparency standards.
- Participate in staff training to enhance the efficiency of the sales and finance departments.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to crush targets.
- Foster a customer-centric culture that prioritizes satisfaction.
- Embrace technology to streamline the customer experience.
