Friendly, professional work environment Real opportunities to advance within the company Key Responsibilities Lead operations across Sales, Service, Parts, and Finance Execute strategies to drive growth, profitability, and efficiency Coach and support department managers to achieve performance goals Monitor financial and operational KPIs and implement improvements Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and regulations Build a culture of accountability, excellence, and customer focus Requirements & Qualifications 5+ years of progressive dealership leadership experience, including GM or GSM-level roles Proven success in high-volume automotive retail operations Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility Skilled at leading, coaching, and retaining high-performing teams Ability to maintain high CSI and foster a performance-driven culture Proficiency with DMS (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack) and CRM platforms (VinSolutions, ELEAD, DriveCentric) Knowledge of digital retailing, online lead management, and modern sales tools Familiarity with OEM programs, compliance tools, and dealership regulations High professionalism, integrity, and operational discipline Allen Turner Automotive is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer. Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive dealership leadership experience, including GM or GSM-level roles
