Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in automotive titling is required.
• You must be organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Proven experience in title processing or related administrative roles is required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle titles accurately and efficiently in accordance with state laws.
• Verify documentation for completeness and accuracy before title issuance.
• Assist customers with title-related inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain organized records of all title transactions and related paperwork.
• Collaborate with sales staff to ensure timely processing of vehicle sales documents.
• Stay updated on changes in title regulations and procedures.
