Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience with automotive title processing or a related clerical role preferred.
- Familiarity with DMV procedures and automotive documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database management systems.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process titles and registration documents for new and used vehicles.
- Coordinate with state DMV and other agencies to ensure timely title and registration processing.
- Maintain accurate records of all title paperwork and transactions.
- Assist customers with title-related questions and resolve discrepancies.
- Work with sales and finance departments to verify and manage lien documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws related to vehicle titling.
