About The Position

AEITS, Inc. , a GTSC company, is growing its team! Seeking an Availability Manager, IT Services to support our customer in the Fort Meade, MD area. You will play a key role in analyzing business and technical processes to formulate and develop business information processing systems. Coordinates with business and technology teams. Location : Annapolis Junction, Maryland Shiftwork : M-F 10pm - 6am or M-Thur 8pm - 6am All work is on-site. This is not a hybrid or remote position. Mission : Responsible for overseeing all provided IT services and ensuring they always remain available to the client. This includes desktops, servers, network, telephony and cloud-based services. In the circumstances where a service outage does occur it is your role to ensure service is restored as fast as possible

Requirements

• 10 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree, or 15+ years of experience and a high school/GED diploma.
• Active TS/SCI with a polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing all provided IT services and ensuring they always remain available to the client.
• Responsible for desktops, servers, network, telephony and cloud-based services.
• When a service outage occurs, it is your responsibility to ensure service is restored as fast as possible.
