The Availability Manager ensures the reliability and continuity of mission‑critical services for a high‑profile Government client. This role leads cross‑team incident coordination, provides timely and concise executive‑level briefings to the client and Eagle Alliance senior leadership, and drives fast, informed decision‑making during high‑pressure events. The manager oversees full service‑restoration efforts and conducts post‑incident root cause analysis to prevent recurrence. This is a M-F, 10pm - 6am or M-Th, 8pm - 6am shift
